Returns Policy

We are unable to provide a refund/exchange on items due to hygiene reasons unless the product is damaged or faulty. If you receive a damaged or faulty product send us an email using the ‘contact us’ tap on our website within 7 working days of receiving the product we will responde within 24-48 hours.

Our Candi Lashes are all handmade therefore each product can be slightly different due to each lash being assembled with individual hairs.
